Mary's 70th Birthday Lunch

Below are a few pics of Mary's 70th birthday celebrations.

We put together a lunch for her followed by some delicious cakes, cupcakes, tea and coffee.

Her colour scheme was cream and pastels and we did some elegant vintage centerpieces for each table.

The menu:

STARTER:

Creamy butternut soup served with croutons and homemade bread

MAIN (BUFFET STYLE)

Southern fried chicken

glazed gammon

succulent beef fillet

baby herb and garlic potatoes

sweet butternut

broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in a cheese sauce

DESSERT

warm chocolate, mint and caramel pudding with a dollop of cream, topped with peppermint crisp and a chuckle ball

Claude's 40th Birthday Bash!

Below are a few pics of Claude's 40th Birthday Bash!

The colour scheme was red, white and black. For the decor we brought in a black and white checkered dancefloor that covered the entire venue area. We had silver cocktail tables and big red lounges and we scattered white ottomans around the room. We did a black and white photo wall as a feature and we finished it off with black and white posters and canvases of Elvis & Marilyn Munroe. 

Outside and around the pool we lit candles in red paperbags and lanterns.

On arrival the guests walked down a red carpet to the entrance of the party area where they helped themselves to a few cocktails.

We did a few snacks on arrival and the guests were served a selection of canapes by our waitors throughout the course of the evening. 

We had the following on the menu:

- beef fillet bruschettas

- southern fried chicken 

- sweet and sour chicken pitas  

- mini nachos

- peri peri prawns on a bed of spicy rice

- mini coriander meatballs stuffed with feta

......and for dessert they were treated to mini red velvet cupcakes and peppermint tarts
